We can hardly believe another year of snow sculpting has come and gone. What fun was had and the level of talent continues to amaze all of us! The artists worked tirelessly for 65 hours to create original masterpieces from 20-ton blocks of snow (like the one below). Here's what each sculpting team has to work with - a 20-ton block of snow! This year’s event featured a wealth of talent – nearly every team had received a medal in competition prior to the ISSC. The final sculptures were some of the best we’ve seen, thus raising the bar again! As you can see there were plenty of spectators checking out the final sculptures during the viewing week.
