Local Real Estate Statistics: October 2013 versus October 2012
Fall was another great month for real estate here in Summit County and Breckenridge. Breckenridge Statistics In Breckenridge, fall time was still showing momentum for the real estate market. There were 22 single family homes sold in the month of October. At the end of October, the single family market was up almost 12% compared to the same time as last year. The condo market has been doing fantastic this year. In the month of October, 38 condos sold in Breckenridge. The condo market is ahead almost 50% compared to last year. Three duplexes and 9 townhomes sold last month compared to only 5 duplexes and 4 townhomes in October 2012. As of November 7th, there were 88 pending residential properties in Breckenridge.
