2010 Real Estate Recap Local real estate in 2010 proved to be a year of rebuilding and gathering strength for real estate in Breckenridge. Our market made great strides over 2009 with significant sales volume increases in Single Family Homes, Condos and Land as well as a reduction in existing inventory overall. Breckenridge Associates Real Estate was the top performing office in Breckenridge sales transactions for the year. We represented a combination of 110 listing and selling sides in Breckenridge, or 13% of the 816 total sales sides for the year. 2011 1st Quarter Real Estate Sales Transactions & Volume The first quarter of 2011 has shown continued upward momentum in Breckenridge real estate when compared to the first three months of 2010.
