We've Represented More than 25% of Single Family Home Sales in 2009

Year to date 2009 (through May 5th) - Twelve of the 44 single family home sales in the Breckenridge area were transacted through Breckenridge Associates Real Estate.  Three of those sales, Breckenridge Associates represented both the Buyer and Seller.  Breckenridge Associates has sold more single family homes than any other brokerage by a considerable margin.
