Buyers want to know, “Is there any room for negotiation in the asking price?” While it’s an important question to ask, brokers in various markets are likely to respond differently depending on the real estate conditions specific to their area. Buyers in the Breckenridge and Summit County market can expect to pay an average of 3-6%-off the current list price for a home. Buyers want to be careful to not to offend the seller by proposing an initial offer that is too low.
