Ski Pass Sales & Season Opening Dates

Don’t forget about all the different ski pass options out there for the 2011-2012 ski season. Ski and ride Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland, Winter Park, Steamboat and more. Many of the pass prices will increase if you don't purchase your pass soon, therefore we thought you might want to again look at pricing and options all in one place.

Following is the menu of pass and price options for 2011-2012 Colorado ski season (Below prices are reflective of a price increase on October 16. Prices are subject to change.):

Vail Resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, ABasin, Vail, Beaver Creek) Passes
Epic Local Pass (Formerly the Colorado Pass). $519 for Adults. Unlimited skiing or riding at Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin with limited restrictions at Heavenly and Northstar. Also includes 10 restricted days at Vail or Beaver Creek. Epic Local Pass details.

Summit Value Pass (Perfect for Summit County-only skiers). $429 for Adults. Unlimited skiing or riding at Keystone and Arapahoe Basin with limited restrictions at Breckenridge. Summit Value Pass details.

Epic Pass (Ski as much as you want whenever you want). $669 for Adults. Unlimited access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, Northstar and Arapahoe Basin - No Blackout Dates. Epic Pass details.

Copper Mountain Passes
Copper Pass (Ski as much as you want whenever you want at Copper). $369 for Adults. Unlimited and unrestricted (no blackouts) skiing/riding at Copper Mountain. Copper Pass details.

Rocky Mountain Super Pass (Ski unlimited at Copper and Winter Park) $409 for Adults. The Rocky Mountain Super Pass offers unlimited skiing and riding at Winter Park / Mary Jane and Copper Mountain. Rocky Mountain Super Pass details.

Rocky Mountain Super Pass+ (Ski unlimited at Copper, Winter Park with some unrestricted days at Steamboat) $479 for Adults. The Rocky Mountain Super Pass Plus offers unlimited skiing and riding at Winter Park / Mary Jane and Copper Mountain, plus six unrestricted days at Steamboat. Rocky Mountain Super Pass+ details.

A Basin Pass
Ski A Basin all season long with some days at Breckenridge and Keystone Resorts. $389 for Adults. A Basin Pass details.

Loveland Pass
Ski Loveland all season long with some days at Monarch and Purgatory Ski Resorts. $359 for Adults. Loveland Pass details.

Local Resorts' Opening Dates:
Wolf Creek - The earliest opening of any ski area in Colorado this year. They opened October 8 with about 3 feet of snow! Way to get the season going Wolf Creek! Next in line was Summit County's own - A Basin, open to skiing and riding on October 13 followed by Loveland on October 14.
