Summit/Park County Residential Sales
Real estate activity in Summit and Park Counties for the month of August included the sale of 59 Single Family Residences, 12 Duplexes, 60 Condos and 17 Townhomes for a total of 148 transactions for the month. Year-to-date total sales include 831 transactions with 302 sales currently pending.
