Another Good Week for Sales

This past week showed an increase in the number of Residential Sales in Breckenridge.  A total of 16 Residences Sold.  Of those 16, 3 were Breckenridge Associates Real Estate Listings, and 3 Buyers were working with a Breckenridge Associates Realtor.

The number of residential properties in Breckenridge going under contract decreased slightly form the week before with a total of 11 having contracts accepted.

Price reductions increased to a total of 24.  Those of note are:

241 97 Circle - Cute 5 Bed / 3 Bath Cabin just south of Breck - $465,000, reduced 20% from the original list price.
Twin Elk Lodge 4A - 3 Bed / 3 Bath Townhome in Town - $570,000, reduced 27% from the original list price.
407 N. Fuller Placer - Beautiful 4 Bed / 5 Bath Duplex with Incredible Views - $839,000, reduced 14% from the original list price.
265 Long Ridge Drive - Golf Course  Single Family Masterpiece Home, 5 Bed / 6 Bath, Spectacular Views - $2,790,000, reduced 30% from its original list price of $4M.
