Breckenridge Associates Real Estate Dominates SALES for the past week!! Breckenridge Sales, Under Contract & Price Reductions for the past 7 Days

Breckenridge Associates Real Estate was ON FIRE this past week!!  SOLD residences in the Breckenridge area were up the past seven days with a total of 12 Sales, and out of these, 6 were Breckenridge Associates Listings, and Breckenridge Associates Brokers accounted for 12 "Sides" of these sales.  This shows how experience, professionalism, and hard work can get the job done.

Price reductions were made on 11 residences in the Breckenridge area this past week.  Those of note are:

11 Blue Rock Drive - Beautiful Log Home just 3 miles south of Breckenridge.  Now priced at $399,000, a 9% reduction from the previous price.

236 Cottonwood Circle - Highlands Park home with stunning views.  Priced at $1,529,000, reduced 7% from the previous price.

224 Tarnwood Drive - On The Lake in Spruce Valley Ranch.  A true masterpiece and an incredible value for a location such as this.  Just reduced $300K to $2,399,000, an 11% reduction form the previous price.

This past week was still fairly active with 10 residences going under contract.  The list prices ranged from $249,000 - $1,599,000.  Again it shows activity across the board in all price ranges.
