Price Reductions & Pending Contracts for the Past 7 Day in Breckenridge

Thanks to Ron Shelton for keeping us up to date on Sales in the past week, and here is more information of Price Reductions and properties going Under Contract in the past 7 days in Breckenridge.  (This is just for residential properties.)

Selling activity was at a good pace with 8 residences going Under Contract.  List prices ranged from $199,000 - $1,475,000, which means that Buyers in all price levels are looking and taking advantage of the current opportunities.  5 of those 8 properties were Breckenridge Associates Real Estate listings!

In the past 7 days there were 20 Price Reductions, with listing prices ranging everywhere from $159,300 to $1,650,000.  In some cases these list prices have been reduced 25% - 35%, and even a few over 40% from their original list price.  A few notable examples and incredible values are:

Wildwood Lodge - 2 Bed/2 Bath, originally listed at $385,000, now at $309,000.
